ELIGIBILITY. This promotion
is open to legal residents of the U.S., excluding Puerto Rico.
Must be 18 years of age or older as of November 30, 2007. Employees
of Kaneka Nutrients, L.P. its parent company, promotion and
advertising agencies, and related companies or other individuals
engaged in the development, production or distribution of promotion
materials and persons who are immediate family or who reside
in the same household as persons in the preceding categories
are not eligible to enter or win. Void outside the United
States and where prohibited by law. All federal, state and
local laws and regulations apply.
HOW TO ENTER. Enter online
at KanekaQH.com/oldfriends.html. Internet access is required
to enter for a chance to win this promotion. To
be included in the drawing, you must fully complete the registration
form found at KanekaQH.com/oldfriends.html. You will
need to provide your name, address, phone number, birth date
and accept the Terms and Conditions. Only entries received
electronically will be considered.
PROMOTION DETAILS.
This sweepstakes starts at midnight (12:00 AM) Central Standard
Time (CST) on October 29, 2007 and ends November 30, 2007 at
midnight (12:00 AM) CST. All entries must be received
no later than midnight (12:00 AM) CST on November 30, 2007in
accordance with the entry rules listed above.
Limit one entry per day per person/household. No individual
may enter under more than one name, address or email address.
PRIZE. Fifty (50) winners of
the “Old Friends” sweepstakes
will win a two-month supply (100 mgs per day for 60 days) of
a ubiquinol supplement that contains KanekaQH™. Approximate
Retail Value of the Prize is $75.00.
ODDS OF WINNING. Odds of winning
depend on the number of eligible entries received.
DRAWING. Fifty (50) winners
will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received.
The random drawing will be held on or about December 14, 2007.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNER.
Winners will be notified via telephone and email on or about
December 17, 2007. Winners must claim prizes by phone within
five (5) days of notification. In the event that winners do
not confirm within five (5) days, alternate winners will be
notified in the order of which they were drawn. This procedure
will continue until fifty (50) winners have been selected.
Winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of
eligibility, a release of publicity and liability and/or an
alternate contestant within fourteen (14) days of notification.
Except for the specific prizes listed herein, the winning contestant
shall be responsible for any and all other costs associated
with participating in this promotion.
Winners’ prizes will be mailed to the address submitted on the official electronic entry via the United States Postal System. Winners
should expect to receive their prizes within four to six weeks
of verification of their eligibility.
GENERAL RULES. Kaneka Nutrients,
L.P. shall have the right and authority to use winner’s
name, image and likeness in any promotional, publicity, or
other public relations events as they deem appropriate, and
winner shall not contest such use by Kaneka Nutrients, L.P.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
By participating in the promotion you accept and agree to these
official rules, which are final and legally binding. Prize
recipients are responsible for all applicable federal, state
and local taxes on all prizes. By entering this promotion,
you (and/or your designee in the case of physical limitations)
hereby release Kaneka Nutrients, L.P. and its parent company,
advertising and promotions agencies, and all of their respective

malfunctions, failures, connections or availability, or garbled,
corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/website
use/net accessibility, availability or traffic congestions,
or any technical error, or unauthorized human intervention,
or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of promotion entry or
other information, or the failure to capture any such information.
The Released Parties and each of their agencies and partners
are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information,
whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking or by any
of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized
in the promotion and assume no responsibility for any error,
omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation
or transmission, communications line failure, technical error,
theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the websites
related to the promotion. The Released Parties reserve the
right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual
